InitWIZ

This is a multisource and multichannel software for video capturing, recording, streaming, and playback. With Tricube InitWIZ, you can create playlists for NDI and SDI signals, you can stream your content to CDNs and remote studios via RTMP, UDP, or SRT protocols. You can capture your source video for archiving and production purposes in various formats and codecs - from multiple sources at once and synchronously.

When you start InitWIZ the first time or create a new session, it asks you to initialize the first tab:

Here you can configure a device or a source to work with, set its type (to work as a capture or as a playback), and other parameters. Later, you can get back to this panel with a gear button on a tab:
